In celebration of National Black Business Month, the Black Business Association (BBA), in partnership with U.S. Bank and 102.3 FM KJLH, proudly presents the 2nd Annual Black Business Day Expo, “Building Legacies, Bolstering Black Prosperity."
This vibrant event will take place on Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 11am to 5pm at the LA Trade-Technical College campus, located on Grand Avenue near 23rd Street.
Hosted by the dynamic KJLH Radio Personality, Actress, and Author Tammi Mac, the expo will feature over 80 merchant and business resource vendors, three insightful speaker panels, and the #BolsterBlackLA Media Studio, hosted by Danny Morrison Media, spotlighting local businesses.
This year the BBA is excited to lean forward into the technology revolution by hosting the Expo on the FYI platform to engage with our attendees. We are also delighted to have FYI team members to speak at the expo.
Attendees can also enjoy voter registration, a fabulous food court, exciting activities, and prizes, along with a Beer & Wine Garden Lounge hosted by 1010 Wine & Events. With music by 102.3 FM KJLH DJ and the chance to win BBA Bucks to spend with vendors, this event promises to be an inspiring and entertaining celebration of Black entrepreneurship.
The expo is open to the public and free with registration at BBALA.ORG, with free parking available.
